NSW AGENTS STAND WITH VICTORIA

NSW Real Estate Agents show of support for Victorian colleagues 

30 agents across NSW have come together to show support for the real estate industry in Victoria in the midst of an extended lock down period and tough restrictions, due to COVID-19.  

The Victorian real estate market has had to endure even tougher conditions than its NSW colleagues, with ongoing restrictions leading many agents to temporarily close their doors and operate in a reduced framework of their usual services. The pressure for business owners to remain operational, and for agents to function in what was once a booming real estate market has led experts to have major concerns for mental health and well-being.  

Having faced lockdown in NSW, local real estate agents know all too well how difficult these times can be. Thirty agents across NSW have given Victorian’s a virtual hug by banding together in a show of support for their interstate colleagues who are struggling through Stage 4 restrictions. 

Bespoke Media Management owner, Nic Fren came up with the idea after continually seeing and hearing how badly his colleagues and clients in Victoria were doing. 

“I couldn’t do anything other than just be there and listen to their struggles. Sometimes that’s all you can do,” said Nic.  

Within 48 hours, 30 agents had offered a video of support, accompanied by the original song “Out Of Love” written and performed by Sydney teenager, Rian Cobb.  

“It’s the perfect song to bring it all together,” Nic said. “It’s about not losing hope and reaching out. The song was written and recorded in the past week as a school project & Rian’s father sent it me. When I heard it, I just knew it was the one.”
