I'm getting a backyard

Meet Milo,

Milo has been living at 13/42-46 Chayler Cres, Newtown for the past 4 years and her pawrents are giving her the ultimate treat.

After 5 great years in this sun-drenched, 120sqm apartment they are trading the balcony for a few acres down in the Southern Highlands and bringing their Sydney bolt hold to market next week.

Milo has been down to the new property twice now and loves it. So much more room for her to run around and play.

Apartment and K9 owner Jess bought the property off the plan back in 2014. She tells us one of the biggest attractions for her was all the power-points. Coming from a share house where there was only one power point in the kitchen and one in the bathroom, it took forever for anyone to get out the door in the morning, so that was high on the priority list when looking for our next place. My husband, Jason, also has an old mustang that he rebuilt and it was really important that he was able to keep that safe and locked up down in our garage.

We will definitely miss it here. We love how convenient the location is, the restaurants are awesome and downstairs make the best coffee in Sydney.

The size blew us away when we first inspected the property. It has always felt more like a house than an apartment for us given the size and floor-plan. It will be sad to leave, but we are certain that whoever buys it will enjoy it as much as we have.

Don’t miss 13/42-46 Chayler Ave, Newtown's first inspection this coming Saturday.

Ad finished.

Emotive? Yes.

What makes this kind of ad stand out on social portals? Because it tells a human story.

It appeals to something we all resonate with.

This is the kind of marketing we’ve begun rolling out for our clients, and you should expect to see more of over the next few weeks.

We made a promise to our clients to change the way real estate is marketed, and this is only the beginning. We have some really attention-grabbing strategies in the pipeline … so stay tuned.

And remember, realestate.com, domain.com.au & your website will SELL the property but social media's job is to establish your brand and appeal to your audience. Content on a social level is starting to branch out in new and innovative ways.

Keep on keeping on with the same old content will not help mark your brand out as distinctive. Please feel free to sample our content, but remember, nothing beats or shows initiative like good old fashioned creativity. If you would like to learn more about what we have planned for 2020 please contact us today.
