Just when I thought things would start to wind down for us for the year, it seems the exact opposite has happened. I logged into our analytics this morning to check out how the month is going so far and was blown away to see 452 leads in the past 30 days.
It seems the appetite for social media & marketing training is higher than it's ever been before, making this our best 30 day period for enquiries since I started the business almost 5 years ago.
I believe this is due to our strategic marketing strategies. While we might appear to be ever present on social media, I've put together a marketing strategy that's a well oiled machine these days.
With so much uncertainty, it can be difficult to know how & where to be marketing.
However, I'm here to tell you that it is possible to not only keep your business going, but to thrive during these uncertain times.
The first step is to take a close look at your marketing strategy. If you're relying on one platform or one vehicle to market your business, you're not reaching your full potential.
In order to succeed, you need to have a well-rounded marketing strategy that includes multiple platforms and vehicles.
One platform that continues to be effective, even during uncertain times, is social media.
However, simply being active on social media is not enough.
You need to have a strategic approach to social media marketing.
That means creating content that is interesting, informative and that speaks to your target audience.
Email marketing is also an effective way to reach your target audience. By sending out informative and engaging emails, you can stay top of mind with your customers and build relationships with them.
Another way to reach your target audience is through traditional marketing channels such as print and television advertising.
While these channels might not be as popular as they once were, they can still be effective if used correctly.
Print advertising, while might be an expense that doesn't hold the value it once did, can be an effective way to reach your target audience, as long as the collateral you are putting out is eye- catching and engaging.
Online advertising, such as Google AdWords, can also be effective in reaching your target audience.
And don't forget about word-of-mouth marketing!
This is often the most trusted form of marketing because it comes from a friend or family member who has first-hand experience with your product or service.
A comprehensive marketing strategy takes all of these elements into account and creates a plan that includes a mix of print, online, and word-of-mouth marketing.
By diversifying your marketing efforts, you are more likely to reach your target audience and grow your business.
