From revolutionising the real estate industry to expanding our global footprint, breaking new ground, and earning recognition as an industry leader, my final week with Bespoke Media for 2024 offers an opportunity to reflect on the incredible achievements of the past year. As we close this chapter, we look forward with excitement to what lies ahead in 2024.
Bespoke Media Group Named Finalists for Innovator of the Year at REB Awards 2025
“This recognition is a testament to an extraordinary year for the group,” said Nic Fren, Founder and CEO of Bespoke Media.
Under Fren’s leadership, the network has expanded to include more than 1,600 members across nine countries, supported by three real estate-focused international publications.
The year began with the resounding success of the Real Estate Today brand in New Zealand.
Building on that momentum, Bespoke Media launched a second edition to serve the Indo-Pacific region and, within weeks, introduced a third publication tailored for the burgeoning real estate market in India.
“Each publication has its own identity,” Fren shared. “We’ve aimed to create something unique for every region.”
In October, the company made headlines with the announcement that Real Estate Today Australia would debut in 2025.
"This was always a possibility," Fren explained. “However, it became inevitable when the industry approached us directly, asking if we would bring the brand to Australia.
The demand was undeniable, and we’re excited to bring a fresh perspective to Australia’s real estate media landscape next year.”
Pioneering Tools and Expanding Horizons
Bespoke Media’s achievements this year are not limited to publishing.
The company’s innovative platform and tools have empowered its members through features like:
Lead generation and nurturing campaigns that enhance brand visibility in local communities.
The introduction of academies and clubs, providing educational resources tailored to the different sectors of the real estate industry.
Seamless, mobile-friendly access to resources, designed with on-the-go agents in mind.
“Our award-winning platform reflects our commitment to delivering value to real estate agents in ways that fit their fast-paced lives,” Fren said.
Beyond real estate, the group expanded into the health and fitness industry, granting its first license agreement to provide marketing tools and strategies to gyms, franchises, and personal trainers. “The response has been phenomenal,” Fren noted. “We launched operations in New Zealand and look forward to expanding to Australia in the future.”
Looking Ahead
The group has ambitious plans for 2025, including rolling out new features designed to further elevate its members' success. "I want to rocket launch us toward our goals,” Fren said.
“While many platforms offer white-label solutions, we’re focused on delivering something truly unique."
Reflecting on the company’s finalist position at the REB Awards, Fren added: “This recognition is deeply meaningful to me. It reflects the dedication we’ve poured into creating platforms, tools, and resources that transform the way our members operate.
Our journey has been driven by the invaluable support and feedback of our members. You inspire us to keep innovating and reaching for new heights.”
The REB Awards celebrate excellence and innovation in real estate, and Mr Fren is proud to stand alongside peers making significant strides in the industry.
“Here’s to continued growth, collaboration, and shared success in 2025,” Fren concluded.
