Additionally, it’s important to know what kind of content resonates with your audience and how they want to be communicated with (e.g., email campaigns vs. text message campaigns). Once you’ve established who your customers are and where they hang out online, you can start creating targeted campaigns that will reach them directly. Understanding your audience and building a message that will resonate with them is the first step to build an engaging and cost effective campaign.
Creating Content That Resonates
Creating content that resonates with your target audience is essential for any successful marketing campaign. The content should not only be informative but also engaging and interesting so that people will actually take notice and engage with it. Additionally, it’s important to ensure that the content is consistent across all channels as this helps build trust with potential customers and increases brand recognition.

During November we incorporated a mix of social media organic content, paid ads, SMS marketing, email and mail outs, yes, they still work. Keeping the same message across all platforms ensured we stayed consistent covered all bases.
